Great Day in Portland!!

We caught the first flight into Portland and immediately headed over to Voo Doo Doughnuts. 

Our order  was something like this:  2 Voo Doo Doughnuts, 1 maple icing with bacon, 1 Portland creme, 1 chocolate peanut butter with crumbled oreo.  Yum!!!

 Next it was off to Powell's Book Store.  Tons of books on several floors, but our favorite place was the Tech Annex.  Blacksmithing, pyrotechnics, wheel building, etc.  We could have browsed for hours and spent more than any sane person on a couple sweet books.

 You can make a book while you wait.....

 Finally we hit the cool shops on 23rd before heading off to the hotel to chill and listen to some mellow guy music.  Can't wait for Mo's Clam Chowder!!!
